The Castlecourt Hotel has made significant progress in recent years in the area of environment management. Through our membership of the Green Hospitality Programme we have been provided with a framework for delivering change in the areas of energy consumption and waste management.
All utilities are now metered and measured and consumption is compared against activity.
Proactive measures such as water conservation, the installation of a combined heat and power unit, departmentalised waste recovery and staff training have resulted in the delivery of a greener product to our customers.
