Originally in 1865 the home for the Estate Manager of Ashford Castle Estate, today the original lodge building contains the hotel's Quay Bar and Wilde's at the Lodge Restaurant. The 24 deluxe bedrooms and 26 suites are divided between the main house and the new courtyard.
